How Orbyte collects and processes personal data, in line with the GDPR (RGPD).

Data we collect

Contact form: the full name, email, phone, company, project type, budget and message you submit.

Technical metadata sent with the form: the page URL, your browser user-agent, the referring page and time zone. We do not store your IP address or use cookies for this.

Analytics: anonymised usage data, only after you consent via the cookie banner.

Purpose & legal basis

Contact data is processed to respond to your enquiry (legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps).

Analytics data is processed to improve the site (consent).

Retention

Contact enquiries are kept for up to ⟨retention period⟩, then deleted.

Third parties

Form submissions are stored with our processor Supabase. Analytics, if enabled, is processed by ⟨analytics provider⟩.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, portability, or object to processing, by emailing contact@orbyte-services.com.
