How Orbyte collects and processes personal data, in line with the GDPR (RGPD).

Data we collect

Contact form: the name, email, company, project type, budget and message you submit.

Analytics: anonymised usage data, only after you consent via the cookie banner.

Contact data is processed to respond to your enquiry (legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps).

Analytics data is processed to improve the site (consent).

Contact enquiries are kept for up to ⟨retention period⟩, then deleted.

Form submissions are stored with our processor Supabase. Analytics, if enabled, is processed by ⟨analytics provider⟩.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, portability, or object to processing, by emailing hello@orbyte.studio.

You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
